About Dr. Serena Massa
Serena Massa is a Professor in the Department of Archaeology at the Università Cattolica di Milano, Research Fellow Politecnico di Milano. Since 2012 she has been the Scientific Coordinator of the international Eritrean-Italian archaeological project at Adulis. She is the author of more than 100 articles and a recent book, Connecting seas. Travellers, merchants, soldiers and archaeologists at Adulis (Eritrea) 2022.
